How much do I adore Mailloop? This email software was one of the biggest helps in our business for several years. Those of you who have taken our Cyber Success seminar know how much we love raving about it! It really is an essential tool if you use email for your business.

When we first started sending out our free ezine, "Scrapbook Industry News," we used Yahoo Groups, which was great because it was free, but there were always those huge annoying ads. As our list grew, we wanted to upgrade, so we started looking into the services that charge a monthly fee. The problem was, most charge by how many subscribers you have, and because we had/have quite a few, the fees were astronomical.

Then we discovered Mailloop. At first I was reluctant to buy it because at the time the one-time fee was quite an investment for us (it's about $379). Finally we decided we had to at least try it - in the long run, it would be less expensive than monthly-fee services, and we had to get away from Yahoo groups. It was one of the best decisions we ever made - Mailloop truly paid for itself ten times over.

Here are just some ways it helps us: our ezine, "Scrapbook Industry News," goes out to more than 10,000 subscribers every two weeks. When people subscribe by sending an email, Mailloop automatically adds them to our subscriber list and sends them an autoresponder welcome message. When we're ready to send out an issue of the ezine, Mailloop "cleans" our list of any duplicates, sends it to our opt-in subscriber list in under three hours, and does not affect any other programs we have running.

In addition, Mailloop allows us to follow up with customers, send order confirmations and thank you's, and send "email blasts" to various lists who have asked to receive information, so we can customize emails to people who are interested in our marketing books, people who are interested in our seminars, etc. - all automatically! You can also personalize each email.

It has been one of the best investments we have made, as it has really helped make things more efficient. And the best part is...we haven't even taken advantage of everything it offers yet!
