What is your shipping policy?
We ship using Priority mail from our office, usually within 7-10 days of receiving payment.

What are your Domestic shipping rates?
These rates have been changed due to the recent increase in postal fees.

1 book (not including Making Money Making Scrapbooks For Others) - $6.00

1 book - Making Money Making Scrapbooks For Others - $9.00

2 or more books (any) - $11.00

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do, but only through credit cards and international money orders. We typically use Global Priority Mail, and charge actual international shipping rates. To give you an idea, this is typically $7.00 for Canada and $9.00 for Australia for 1, or sometimes 1-2 books. Basically, whatever we can fit into the standard Global Priority Mail envelope!  Larger orders will have to include a higher shipping charge.

We will calculate the exact shipping charge upon receiving your order, and if it is higher than what you paid, we will contact you to confirm the total, and charge the remaining amount using the payment information you provided to us.


I'd rather use my credit card through Paypal. What should I do?
Our products and prices are listed on this page. When you're ready to order, visit PayPal.com to submit your payment.

Click "Send Money" and send the total amount of your order to this email address: info@funfactspublishing.com.

In the "Notes" section, please type in the product titles you are ordering, along with your complete shipping information.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your payment is secured.

Can I Call in My Order?
Yes, please call 212-604-4562. If no one is available to take your call at that time, please leave your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you and we'll get back to you ASAP.

What is your return policy?
We will replace any product or portion of a product which is received in damaged condition. Please notify us upon receipt of the package.

Full refunds are only issued when a book is returned to us unread, and in mint and intact condition, with shipping paid by the customer. Once the book(s) have been opened and/or read, no refund will be allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot encourage the
practice of ordering books, reading them, and then returning them - if we were a library, we'd be out of business! J

We have honestly and accurately described each book in as much detail as possible so you can be sure of exactly what information you'll be receiving.

What if my check bounces?
Mistakes happen, and we understand that. Unfortunately, our bank charges us, so we will have to enforce a $25 charge on all returned checks.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Please contact us if you feel your order may have been lost, and we will work with you to do what we can to resolve it.

Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Fun Facts Publishing, click the "Add One to Basket" button on the item's product detail page. This product will then be added to your cart. You can order as many items you'd like using each product's "Add One to Basket" button.

To view your cart, click the "View Your Cart" link on the top of the page.

You will be taken to your shopping cart. Here you can make updates to order quantities, or remove the items you no longer want.

Proceed To Check Out

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide you want more than one of something, change the Quantity and click "Update." If you decide you don't want an item, click the "Remove" button.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click the "Check Out Now" button on the top of the page. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Please note that if you experience any quirks using the shopping cart, just click the Refresh button on your Internet browser to reload the page.

Type in your billing and shipping information on the order form, then click the Continue button located in the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Note: You may see a Pop-up window that says "This page contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you wish to view the non-secure items?" All of your credit card and contact information will be encrypted and safe - the only non-secure items on the page are graphics. Click yes if you see this window.

Select Your Shipping Price

You will see a drop-down menu that says "Please select a shipping charge from the options below."

If you are purchasing 1 book, (not including Making Money Making Scrapbooks For Others) - the shipping is $6.00.

If you are purchasing Making Money Making Scrapbooks For Others, the shipping is $9.00

Two or more books (any) is $11.00.

If you're purchasing something that will not be shipped, such as a Platinum membership or advertising, please choose "My order does not require shipping."

Please note that if you are an International customer, there may be additional shipping charges. We will email you with the adjusted charges.

Then, choose the credit card you would like to pay with, and click the "Continue" button located in the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Final Step

On this final page, you'll be asked for your credit card number and expiration date. Fill it in and click the "Continue" button located in the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Please only click the "Continue" button once. Your card is being automatically charged, and it may take a few moments. Please be patient, as your card may be charged multiple times if you hit the "Continue" button more than once.

You're Done!

You will be taken to an online order confirmation page that contains your Order Number, and sent an automatic confirmation email to the email address you submitted on the order form.

Please note - if you are not taken to the online order confirmation page, and do not receive an automatic email confirmation, your order did not go through. These glitches sometimes occur. Please email us at info@funfactspublishing.com with your phone number and the best time to reach you and we will call you to take your order.
