Jump Down To See Photos From The Show!

We just had the BEST time in Columbus! First, the seminar and show were AWESOME! Our "Make Money By Making Scrapbooks For Others" seminar was sold out, and I had the most amazing group of attendees. The success I feel after each of my seminars really depends on the reaction and interaction of the audience - and you were all just fantastic! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Remember...YOU CAN DO IT!

Thank you also to everyone who stopped by the booth. One of our favorite parts of the shows is meeting and chatting with people, so thanks for stopping by!

Thanks once again to everyone at Memories Expo/Memories Community! Check 'em out at http://www.memoriescommunity.com

But one of the best parts of the trip is the fact that we absolutely LOVE Columbus! If you are lucky enough to live there, we envy you! It is by far our favorite city we have visited.

First, everyone is just so NICE! At first we thought it was because we're used to living in NYC, where sometimes people aren't always the nicest, but then we compared Columbus to other cities we've been to. Hands down- Columbus has the nicest people!

Also, we were lucky enough to be staying right in the downtown area. Most times that we travel, we are in an area where there's not much around for miles, so we need to take a cab to get to shops and grocery stores. In Columbus we simply walked wherever we wanted to go - it was wonderful!

[By the way, it's so funny - when we ask the hotel staff how far away something is, they usually tell us it's a long walk. What they don't realize is that we walk a minimum of 30-40 blocks - sometimes up to 150 blocks - almost every day. We live in Manhattan and don't even own a car!]

We walked down to an area called Short North almost every day. They call Short North the "SOHO" of Columbus, so we felt right at home! Cute and trendy shops, art galleries, etc. So fun!

We also discovered the most amazing, delicious restaurant we have ever eaten at - Dragonfly, a gourmet vegan restaurant. We usually look up Vegetarian/Vegan restaurants whenever we are on the road, but rarely are this impressed!

We just couldn't stop raving about the food - I think our server (again, VERY nice) thought we were crazy! But our taste buds fell in love, and we WILL be back. If you want to experience heaven, visit Dragonfly! 247 King Ave. 298-9986

We will definitely be scheduling additional vacation time the next time we're there! We love Columbus!!

Now it's picture time! Please click on the pics to view a larger version.
